I led the complete development cycle of the MVP alone — from UX scenarios to UI and handover to development
I designed user flows for both patients and doctors
I implemented cross-functional logic: request with filtering, responses from doctors, selection of a doctor by the patient
I realized 3 main user scenarios
I prepared a clickable prototype in Russian and English
I created a UI kit using tokens and styles
The product was submitted to the Korean accelerator K-Startup Grand Challenge and successfully passed Phase 1 (made it to the shortlist of 80 startups)
